Stunning views from beautiful 2 BR/ 2 Bath condo

From the minute you walk into this attractive, nicely decorated, spacious, 2BR, 2BA condo located in the fabulous Residences of Light House Cove, you'll feel ready to relax! This unit's large open floor plan, allows plenty of space to spread out, including a well-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances. The master suite has a king sized bed, private access to the balcony, and a smart TV. The second bedroom boasts 2 comfortable twin beds, with a bathroom/tub nearby for the kids. Also ideal for older family members, this one floor unit has a master bath, with a double vanity, and and a walk-in, custom tiled, shower. The living room sofa creates extra sleeping space, and can be folded out to a double bed. For your convenience, there's also a stackable washer/dryer. Wait until you see the captivating sunrise from the private balcony, which overlooks the bay, then head off to the fitness center to begin your day, afterward cool off poolside, with the use of indoor/outdoor pools. The Residences has elevators for easy access, back and forth to the beach, and (2) private parking spots, located on the first level, in the building's parking garage. Step outside, and you will be within walking distance to the beach, and popular Dewey Beach eateries and nightspots. If you prefer the bay, just behind the building is a sandy beach, where you can unwind, and enjoy the serene water view.

We had an amazing time staying at this condo for a girls trip. It was perfect and very clean. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Even a nice view of the bay from the balcony. Would highly recommend. Would be great for a family or 4 or 5.

Pleasant Last Minute Getaway

The place was absolutely beautiful with an inviting view of the bay from the balcony. All of the amenities are included. It was fun and impecably clean. Being older, it was a little challenging getting in and out of the garage and building but our daughter and grandson was able to help. It definitely is a 5 star place.

Wonderful!

The property was clean, well appointed and location was excellent. Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and of course an ice cream shop. We appreciated the spa package included so we could use the hotel pool. A highlight was watching sunset, toasting marshmallows at the bonfire, and listening to island music from the hotel restaurant.

Perfect spot!

This was so perfect for our family. Walking distance to anything you could want on your beach vacation. The Dewey Post next door has the best breakfast and coffee. The pool is beautiful and convenient. All the food nearby that we tried was amazing, even the restaurant in the same building. We will definitely return!

Highly recommend, great condo, great location

We stayed Friday and Saturday night, and the check-in process was very easy, and we were given very clear instructions on where to park and how to access the condo. The condo's location to bars/restaurants, the beach, etc. was excellent. The unit was very clean and well kept. Highly recommend if you are staying in Dewey.

Great vacation rental

The condo was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! Loved the view from the balcony and master bedroom. Beach was great, water a little cool in early June, but our granddaughter loved it. We were happy to have indoor and outdoor pools to use. We loved the property, walking distance to many little restaurants and stores, and a short drive to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. We will definitely be back!
