Spectacular, modern oceanfront home in East Devonport, offering stunning coastal views and sea access. Ideal for groups up to 9, the house features two spacious living areas, a contemporary kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Outdoor amenities include a relaxing indoor spa tub, a large deck, a fire pit area, and parking for multiple cars. It's the perfect Tasmanian coastal base.  
  
The Space  
  
Experience unparalleled comfort and contemporary style in this spacious four-bedroom house, which easily accommodates up to 9 guests. The interior features polished floorboards and modern décor throughout.  
  
The main living area is light-filled with huge windows framing spectacular ocean and coastal views. It features comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and an open-plan flow to the dining room. The dining space has a long wooden table, seating for eight, and a built-in coffee/serving bar with sleek cabinetry. The stylish, fully-equipped kitchen features contemporary stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a functional workspace with views out to the sea.  
  
A second, large living area offers a private, cozy retreat perfect for relaxation, featuring plush sofas and a large TV, complete with its own split-system air conditioning/heating unit.

Outdoor Features: The property is directly across the road from the ocean. There is a sprawling deck off the main living area that captures the ocean views and sun. Guests can relax in the square spa tub located on a sheltered, covered deck. The huge, grassy yard includes a fire pit area with wooden benches. For recreation, there is a dedicated, enclosed courtyard featuring a basketball hoop. A massive, unsealed gravel area provides plenty of space for parking multiple cars or caravans, in addition to the nearby garage structure.

East Devonport is a quiet, coastal suburb located on the eastern bank of the Mersey River. The neighbourhood is known for its convenient proximity to the sea and major transport hubs. Being virtually oceanfront, the location offers immediate access to the waterfront for walks and views, making it a peaceful escape. Essential amenities are available locally, and the main Devonport CBD, with its major shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, is just a short drive or bus ride across the bridge. It is a highly practical and scenic base for exploring the entire North West Coast of Tasmania.  
  
Getting Around  
  
Car: Ample off-street parking is available for multiple cars, boats, or trailers in the large gravel parking area and driveway. This is the recommended way to explore the region, with easy access to the Bass Highway for day trips.  
  
Bus: The property is near a stop for the local public bus network (Route 175), which offers regular service (hourly on weekdays and Saturdays) to the Devonport City Interchange in the CBD.  
  
Ferry: The Spirit of Tasmania terminal is located minutes away in East Devonport.  
  
Airport: Devonport Airport (DPO) is a short taxi or shuttle ride (approx. 8-10 minutes) from the property.  
  
Guest Access  
  
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the kitchen, two living areas, dining room, the private covered deck with the spa tub, the open deck, and the fenced yard/fire pit area. Please note: A separate toilet area on the property is disabled and not available for guest use.
