"Arrived at hotel only to be told the room we selected was not available. Was given an alternative but no rate change. Bathroom was dirty with hair in tub and floor. Pool was not available since it had not passed health inspection per the receptionists. People outside smoking marijuana in car right in front of office. Kids running up and down hall. Very disappointed."
