I stay in a lot of hotels, from cheap airport motels to luxury hotels. With that said, the bed in my room was one of the best beds I've slept on in a hotel. I was definitely surprised. The hotel itself is somewhat rundown but it looks like they're doing some renovations so I guess it's excusable. What isn't excusable, however, is that none of the 3 dryers in the laundry room work. And, unfortunately, I did not check to see if they worked before putting my clothes in the washer. I had to spread my laundry out all over my room and blast the heater all night to dry them. What's worse is, I got the quarters from the reception desk and they didn't tell me the dryers did not work.

The hotel had only one working elevator. The door to our hotel room was rusted over and stuck so it required pushing our shoulder against it for it to open. Shower drain was broken and laying on an angle. Service was strange.

It just keeps getting progressively more run down

I have stayed here probably about 15 times over the past two years, and every time I stay here it gets dirtier. This time around the boiler did not work for half the hotel, and the only rooms available were at the far end. When walking down the hallway they clearly never vacuum. Garbage and particles if you know what all over the floor, stains, small pieces of garbage, litter the entire hallways. The doors for all of the rooms have disgusting paint jobs and generally just look rundown. It’s like they have this nice property, but half ass everything. The Wallpaper in hallways and in the rooms selves it’s coming off the walls. The first 5 to 10 times I stayed here I told him they should vacuum the hallways and elevators, but no one seems to care. That’s why the ratings for this property just keep going down. The only saving grace for this hotel is the bar restaurant, but even there there was bones in the fish. I think this is probably the last time I try to get this property a shot.

Don't stay here until it's repaired.

I've stayed here before when it was Best western and it was a nice hoted. The room was larger, and worn. Pool was only open on weekends, i saw one employee when we checked in, this is a large hotel and there was only thre cars in parking lot. In the bathroom it looked like there was black mold see pictures below. I feel like we were ripped off. Wyndham is a name I usually trust, i may have to reconsider that.Fire alarm system doesn't work either.

Everything about this hotel screamed condemn me. Only the first floor was open because the fire alarm system wasn't working. The tile was falling off the walls, loose on the floors, TV was pixilated, shower curtain rod hanging out of the wall, door lock was broken, so much chlorine in the pool that the kids got rash like hives. The on site pizza place charges room delivery for the pizza and it was horrible. When we came back to our room our window had been propped open. This place was a nightmare. STAY AWAY!

The hotel is very outdated and for that reason it makes it look nasty and ran down. It was not as clean as it should be. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

When I checked in, I was quoted a lower price for my room than what Expedia had billed me. They said it was an upgrade. {?} When I checked out, they refused to give me a statement or any documents of any kind. They said it would be emailed by Expedia.I am not happy about the contradictions. The bed was the worst I had ever tried to sleep on. It was so mushy that I could not turn over on it and it seemed to lean down toward the head. Also, the television did not work. Very bad signal on all channels. Probably a bad cable. I'm waiting for my statement to see if I have been double charged.

horrible hotel

My first review and I am a frequent business traveler. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful from check in on. When I arrived for breakfast ( which I had already paid for through hotel.com) restaurant was locked even though it was 7:00am and restaurant was supposed to open at 6:00am. When I inquired at the front desk the response was, "what do you expect me to do about it?" The place is old and tired. The room had a moldy smell , the door stuck and sheets were old. Worst hotel experience both in service and comfort.

Bathroom remodel

Check in was slow. But ladies at deck were nice. Room was big but mold on bathroom ceiling. Tiles off the back of toilet and water leaking behind wall and floor. Shower mat was ripped and rusty. Affraid someone would slip and fall. We have stayed here in past and was great for the kids at different ages that we have. But now the hit tub is gone and the game room is gone. Towels were very hard to get. The next morning went swimming and still no towels. The hallways smelled of weed. But yet u r fined for smoking cigs in a room? The side doors coming in were open all night. No use of a key card. Our room window on 1st floor was unlocked. In glad we checked in before bed. The parking lot was slippery and dirty. Leaving in the morning we watched someone slip walking out.

Family over night trip for some fun a little ways from home. Chose this hotel for the water park; must stay the night to use the water park. Room con’s - handicap room was on the 4th floor furthest room from the elevator, mold behind shower wand, sink faucet sprays user, only 1 of the 2 privacy curtains on the window, no remote for the tv, hallway/elevator VERY cold to get to and from pool. Room pros - bed were very comfortable, pillows were nice, good room size. Water park cons - only open Friday and Saturday, air and water temperature was on the cold side, kids were often shivering, almost half of the splash area features were broken/not working, equipment very worn down, hardly had towels available, staff evacuated the large pool side for a water chemical check so we ended up just leaving. Water park pros - kids had fun and didn’t notice anything, lazy river is a nice size, lots of seating available, bathroom and showers available at the pool,
