« Poor staff »

« Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. »

« Our room was 3 bedrooms and certainly big enough to accommodate a large family. The property looks nice and the location is fine. The problems we encountered were: Unclean linen, when asked to change the linen, they left same linen and just made the bed again. There was no hot water at all, when asked staff to check they said there is only one room, The Presidential Suite, which has hot water, and we can take a shower there if we need a shower. Even though there was no hot water the shower only...

« It's at a strategic location and mostly clean albeit a little dated. There were cob webs on the ceiling which was cleaned up right away after we've given our feedback. It would be great if it has a small fridge and hair dryer. Some furniture outside the room needs to be spruced up. »

« Food ok, room little bit dirty at the wall , and i was stay at premiere room 116 the painting is so scary. Better change the painting:) and for lighting is to less because i was bring the baby. »
