« Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue rivière et balcon. À notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre vue piscine. Le but de l’hôtel étant de voir un maximum les éléphants. Apres réclamation au début la responsable conteste. Puis on lui montre et explique que les prix sont bien différents d’une chambre à l’autre. Elle nous propose donc une chambre 4 personnes avec vue rivière. Nous n’avions pas besoin de ça mais il ne restait plus que cette chambre en vue rivière. La chambre n’était pas...

« Very good hotel.Super pool although hand rails would help. Sunbeds with towels available, static shades could be improved. Good breakfast. V.good Sri Lankan buffet lunch at reasonable price but get there before the coach parties arrive! Evening meals have moved from the pleasant open area to an all armchair restaurant which we didn't find very comfortable for eating. Our room was good but the extra bed did limit the space available. Very pleasant terrace to the room. We enjoyed bird watching...

« We have been travelling throughout Sri Lanka staying in hotels for a couple of nights each time, this one was FABULOUS, from the moment you come through the gates, you feel that you're somewhere special, you are then presented with a beautiful turn of century colonial house, the room was HUGE with high ceilings and the biggest antique four poster bed you've ever seen, and matching furniture, the fully modern bathroom is accessed through and old antique door, and the waterfall shower was superb....

« クルネーガラで一番のホテルと思います。とても清潔でテレビ、クーラー、冷蔵庫、Wi-fi なども完備していました。利用しませんでしたが、綺麗なプールもありました。クルネーガラ駅にも徒歩圏内ですし、市内のバスステーションにもトゥクトゥクで200〜300ルピー程度で行けると思います。 »

"L’hôtel est bien situé, chambre basic, si vous avez l’intention de vous laver.. bonne chance! C’est un combat!! Débit de l’eau très faible et ça passe du chaud au froid en 2 secondes! Bcp d’employés, mais peu de services de leurs part! Ça fait la job pour les petit budget! "

"Excellent hôtel juste à l’entrée de Kandy, très grande chambre vraiment confortable avec vue sur la piscine et la vallée. Télévision et frigo .Extraordinaire petit-déjeuner, belle piscine, accueil professionnel dans un hall magnifique. Personnels très attentifs et professionnels. Certaines chambres ont des matelas plus confortables que d’autres. Je recommande !"
