We only stayed overnight as we were leaving from the airport the next day but wish we would have stayed longer. "Great stay and great staff. Rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear sounds from the hallway and other adjacent rooms. Besides that, only complaint is they didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room and housekeeping ended up walking in on me while I was asleep, they do start cleaning quite early. Room looked like pictures and hotel was unique. If you’re a younger traveler, the hotel caters more to an older crowd but the experience was still wonderful. "

"The Excelsior Magenta Hotel is probably the best option to stay in Magenta. Rooms are a bit small but nice and clean and well equipped. Reception is always helpful and courteous, and the two ladies running the breakfast room on the top of the building are wonderful, as is the breakfast they prepare. I travel a lot and only get to Magenta about once every 2 years, but each time this hotel is a highlight of my travels."

Also, front desk was not knowledgeable about surroundings and when asked to stay 1 hour more in our checkout, they asked to charge 35 euros; I travel a lot and never was charge for 1 hour late checkout. Also the breakfast was mediocre. "
