The owners were friendly and we had a nice chat when I first arrived. Expedia said checkout was at 12 noon, but I got a knock on the door at 11, telling me that checkout is actually at 10am. "The hotel is beautiful and in a prime location in Baden Baden. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and the Christmas market was literally on our doorstep. A must place to stay if you are lucky enough to visit."

"We enjoyed the stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the night receptionist friendly and helpful, and we liked that the location was close to the train station and other public transit. The price to park was a bit steep, though we appreciated that the large garage was available next door. The only real negative was the elevators; for a relatively large hotel, they had a small capacity and took forever, which wasn't great for a family with a kid in a stroller."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay. Room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, especially for a European hotel. Perfect location that was a few steps from great restaurants and shops. Spas were only a short walk away as well. Room was very cozy and felt like we stepped into a scene from “Beauty and the Beast.” Also loved that the room bath had tap water and the mineral water that you could use to draw your own thermal bath in your room. Shower head was a bit tricky to position so that water didn’t escape the tiny shower door while showering. Would stay here again and recommend it to others."

"In five weeks of travel in Europe we had our best sleep here.everything was clean, the bed was comfy and we could actually adjust the room temperature so it was comfortable to sleep. Breakfast was amazing! Quality, variety, quantity… We locked our power converter in our car in a locked parking garage. Front desk found us one! We would definitely go back again! "
