« I've done many safaris throughout Kenya, but we've come back here several times. The accommodations are wonderful, but the staff are over the top amazing! They catered to us like a 6 star resort! This park has the most plentiful animals, and we had some absolutely amazing game drives! »

« I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. There needs to be a sign...

« It’s impossible to find fault with our stay at Mutara Camp. Our party of three had a car accident on the way, and Dido and Lilomo drove out at night to Rumuruti to pick two of us up - an hour each way on bad roads. The chef had stayed up to cook us a hot meal when we arrived after 11pm, which was very welcome. That level of service was maintained throughout our stay and Dido even helped our son navigate his way through the bureaucracy of the crash. All without knowing any of us beforehand. The...

« Very clean property, rooms are great, the bed is super comfortable. The amenities are newer in bedroom, it also has a digital bathroom mirror that has a heater function. The staff is very courteous, the food is delicious and the complimentary breakfast is such a treat. »
