"We had booked into this property through Expedia only to be told on arrival after a very long journey that they had no rooms for us or booking and in fact the manager mentioned he had never heard of Expedia !! All of this after the full money was paid in advance for 3 night stay for group of seven. It was around 6 pm and it took a lot of effort to get through to Expedia to discuss refund that eventually settled but I had to arrange alternative accommodation which was quite stressful. Be...

Leaving guests stranded is bad enough, but breaking a promise, hiding behind a silent phone, and ghosting stranded customers is deeply unprofessional and deceitful. Do not trust their bookings or their word. Avoid this place and book with a reliable hotel down the beach instead."
