"I booked Kurunduketiya as a birthday present for my partners 30th and some nice accommodation to finish our holiday at. However due to poor administrational errors, the resort didn’t have the correct details of our booking which we had paid for in full. It wasn’t until I reached out with questions about the booking 5 days prior that they contacted me to tell me that they had double booked and that we had to cut our stay short one night. "lovely place situated in a very isolated place. feels very close to nature. Hotel style is very natural. Hotel facilities in my eyes are not justifying the price level. e.g. Beds are very uncomfortable"

"まったくの詐欺ホテルでホテルズドットコムの写真にあるビリヤード場もないし、宝石採掘竪穴も全くの別の一般採掘鉱をのせてある。その他のアクティビティ写真も全部嘘。バスタブの載った写真もあるがバスタブの水道栓はこわれたままでバスタブの中でシャワーを浴びよということだった。エアコンも壊れていて別の部屋にかえてもらった。こわれたものは直さないというインドやスリランカの特徴の典型。部屋は6室あるが2号室と3号室は部屋番号表示も無くなっているバスシャワールームでシャワーカーテンがない部屋やある部屋もあり、何もメンテナンスしていない。夕食にイカ料理を注文したのにエビ料理が出てくる。その理由もろくに説明しない。場所が集落の中の曲がりくねった道をくねくね走り、非常にわかりづらいし、ホテルの入り口にホテル名の看板もない。何から何まで最低のひどい嘘つきホテルだ。 There is not the billiards ground in the photograph of the hotels dot-com in a real fraud hotel, too, and the...

"We stayed for one night for the Safari. The property is well maintained, clean and it is as described. The owner is very responsive, offer good service. We enjoyed the breakfast included in the reservation after the Safari. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"Had a great stay... only down side being we were only there for 2 nights Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. Rooms great and well appointed.Great setting and relaxing after or before safari. Only bit of advice is dont go too late for breakfast or buffet evening meal, as its all been hoovered up. Would recommend and if we find ourself in same area again, will re book. "
