"Great!"

"Perfect location, cozy tents, beautiful panorama and nice staff."

"Great hotel and excellent staff. Definitely the place to stay if you're in Mbarra."

"At check-in, there was no salutation. I was never asked for ID or who I was. They led me straight to my room. This raises serious security concerns. The pipework under the sink was non-existent. So I had to deploy a bucket to collect waste water and avoid spillage in the room. Unlike any other hotels I have stayed in Uganda, there were no bedside tables, no bedside table lamps, no coffee kettle. There was very little natural light in the room. "The resort was nice and safe. The only issues: 1) room lighting very poor. Need to add lamps 2) Hot. Add a fan 3) The mosquito net was wobbly, not well secured We stayed one night. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. "

"Central location and helpfully staff. When we ask about exchanging currency, the manager herself went out of her way to accompany us 5 block to the bank. The hotel even called us one morning because we almost missed breakfast."

"DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA Hotel was fine - decent quality for the money. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice (though expect a Ugandan breakfast - Katogo and greens and potatoes and sausages). There's a nice view that's in the process of being blocked by a giant mall under construction. However, when I arrived they told me that they could not receive money from Expedia, and I needed to pay them directly. I did so and am in the process of trying to get my money back from Expedia; I...
