"Check in was comfortable and ease. Greeted with welcome drinks and hot towel. Was provided assistance with the golf cart to our rooms for our luggage. The chalet room was fantastic and spotless. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with various options. Only downside was despite the slightly steep dinner fee, drinks are not included which was a little disappointing. All in all, great place and I recommend it."

"Stedet fremstår pænt på “overfladen” eller ved første øjekast. Men det trænger virkelig til en omgang, både renoverings- og rengøringsmæssigt. Det er ret synd, for det har rigtig meget potentiale til at blive et fantastisk sted. Udsigten er helt unik, og konceptet med de små hytter er også genial. Måske vi var uheldige (også fordi vi kom udenfor den store højsæson), men vi oplevede desværre et helt dødt hotel, en beskidt pool samt et ret beskidt værelse. Til gengæld meget sødt personale. "

"A tiny hotel next to the Balcony Walk, with an absolutely wonderful staff. The room itself was nice even if a bit basic (it did have, however, flushing toilet, a hot shower, and AC). The hotel provided a dinner and a breakfast, which were delicious and abundant. The location couldn’t be better. The sunrise view is hands down something to be remembered for life. We noticed a few downsides - no dealbreakers and no major issues, but something to keep in mind. Firstly, if you’re afraid of spiders...

"This hotel was fine for checking into before a 2.30am flight the next morning. The lunchtime buffet was fine (approx £20 each). Room was in pretty good condition, but the shower leaked slightly. Could have done with better TV channels. Not much for English travellers. The 11pm shuttle was a bit of a bunfight to get into. Not sure what happened to the people who didn't fit into it! The building causes a lot of shade, so you don't get much sun in the afternoon."
