« We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked. »

The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and Betty would check to see if we needed anything. We sat out on the carport watching the rain and storm and it was BEAUTIFUL. I would absolutely recommend this home to my family and friends. I will be going back down to Mount Airy and will plan my trip to stay here again. »

« This lovely place met all our expectations and then some. As the person who made the choice and booked it, I was happy to hear everyone saying "Great Pick!" Outside was beautiful, we felt secluded but town was only a few minutes away. Inside was total comfort. We actually spent more time sitting around catching up than we did taking advantage of the many games downstairs. We had one 12 year old in the pool (yikes!) and then the hot tub, perfect. My two little dogs also enjoyed poking...
