"Overall a decent hotel. Plenty facilities available for guests. I was staying at room 804 very good size. What i found i that particular room was both batwere not hygienically clean,and had to call reception to provide towels..no tea coffee or milk but kettle and small pot of suger.. .the big question is, would i stay again yes definitely. "There were numerous stains on the bedsheets, quilts, and pillows, which I noticed upon arrival. However, I chose not to report them, as our stay was for only one night. During checkout, the staff inspected the room and accused us of causing the stains. I had to spend considerable time proving that the stains were not fresh but pre-existing, which was evident upon close examination but difficult to convince them of. "Nice hotel with good facilities but the bed was as hard as a rock. Poorly trained restaurant staff. There was a thin string of something in a soup and the waiter said it is part of a vegetable; later the manager came and apologized plus free of chrage. Next day when we wanted to order fish tempura we were told to order fish fingers instead because according to him both were the same! Mostly setup for local travellers. "Overall a decent hotel. Plenty facilities available for guests. I was staying at room 804 very good size. What i found i that particular room was both batwere not hygienically clean,and had to call reception to provide towels..no tea coffee or milk but kettle and small pot of suger.. .the big question is, would i stay again yes definitely. "There were numerous stains on the bedsheets, quilts, and pillows, which I noticed upon arrival. However, I chose not to report them, as our stay was for only one night. During checkout, the staff inspected the room and accused us of causing the stains. I had to spend considerable time proving that the stains were not fresh but pre-existing, which was evident upon close examination but difficult to convince them of. This reflects either poor management or management operating with questionable intentions. Despite the time I spent disproving their baseless allegations, no compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered. Additionally, given the price of the room, the overall service was unsatisfactory. Service was slow across all areas, the breakfast was basic and lacked variety, and the bathroom mirror was permanently stained, making it inconvenient for tasks like shaving."

"This is a cheap place near the train station. Good for one night. The people working there and the owner were very friendly and helpful. Yet the place is old and worn out. It's very basic. The bed is hard and there's no hot water. But it's cheap. You get what you pay for."
