« Le personnel est un atout pour l’hôtel, disponible et serviable ils ont toujours répondu à nos demandes avec beaucoup de gentillesse. A contrario la climatisation est très très bruyante pour passer une bonne nuit il faudra choisir entre couper la climatisation (impossible au regard des températures) ou porter des boules quies. »

« Excellent rooms. Clean , modern … All staff exemplary… from moment of arrival to daily from housekeeping , door staff etc … Excellent lounge team in Ezzy, Wendy and team. Great food . »

« The room was shabby. There was mold on the bathroom tiles; the tub needed some real cleaning and it smelled moldy - not healthy. The were loose wires hanging from the walls and the wall paper was peeling off. I have to say that the whole place needs updating and attention. The furniture was dented and scratched. It doesn’t seem like the management cares about how clean and presentable the rooms were. As for the staff, they were very nice and helpful! Would I recommend it to anyone? No...

« The aircond was in poor condition. At Max but still not cool. The hall on each floor in front of the lift were smelly. Other than that, everything is good. The food was good. »

« The aircon has water leaking, and the aircon cool air direction cannot be adjust and keeps blowing to the face. »

« The owner asked to text to collect the check in info but don't reply until the next day. The room is barely clean and all furniture are old and dusty. The sofa and carpet were so dirty. The bathroom is molded. It required rm100 deposit to be paid and took 2 days to refund. Worst of all, 2 of my credit cards details being hacked I believe is the WiFi. »
