"Reception staff were not professional enough. Issues with wifi password and daily validation of access card if we stay more than oneday. No clear instructions of it when we checked in. Food was okay. Rooms are clean. However it is hard to recommend because of overall experience."

I think he should just mind his own business and refrain from passing remark while customer having their meals. "
