"From the front door, we were excited to stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk was inviting. Our room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Only drawback is the ice machine was broken and we had to go to another floor. In the morning, we enjoyed breakfast. "

As we were checking in, we noticed the breakfast area in the lobby and it was disappointing. We checked in and went to our room that was off the lobby. The room needs updates. We didn't even sit on the bed."

"I did not stay at this hotel. I booked and got on the highway. While I was driving there, I received a call from the hotel that all the rooms were booked and there was no room available. No mention of a refund. I had to pull off the highway late at night and call Expedia for help. Luckily, Expedia made it right and I stayed at the Sheraton in Wilmington, which I loved. "
