"The property is older and well used but it works perfectly for a university visit where you are just looking for a good bed and a clean bathroom. Location is very good and the price decent considering the graduation season."

"The room was quite outdated, with the flooring being the only feature that appeared recently updated. The sheets were clean, although we chose to use our own. The property could benefit from some landscaping and general interior updates. The bathroom would be more functional with a few wall hooks for towels and clothing. "Excellent place to stay. 10 minutes from Indiana Beach. Great pool. Very clean. Will definitely stay there again!"

"As with all resort rooms, it was compact but still family friendly. Pool was a big hit with grandkids. Short walk to IB boardwalk and the IB trolley will pick up and drop off if you ask. Staff is great!"

"Rm 7 at Alexander landing is great. It was clean with everything you need. It has great outdoor space and a hot tub. October is perfect because we had the pace to ourselves. The only negative was the manager/ cleaning lady. Hot tub was supposed to be open but she rudely told us it wouldn’t be open for another half hour. We were preapproved for a late check out and she rudely told us we couldn’t have a late checkout. Just needs some training on how to kindly apologize when things are not as they...

"The new owners are trying to improve the property. I got married there in 2011. The place was great, but someone purchased it 10 years ago and ran it into the ground! New owners now, trying to get it back to where it was! I’ll be staying there again. "

"This was the worst experience I've ever had! I booked one address and was sent to a different one that was horrible! No backyard and no dock outside! There was also a door upstairs that should have been blocked off considering it was a straight drop. I was not greeted with any respect and I will not return, I suggest others find a better place that's safe."
