"I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, so it’s not really that bad, the pool is never usable, the breakfast is a joke, the rooms are worn and the bathroom is especially worn out. Why do I stay there? Price, convenience and the staff. The place is right off the highway, quiet and safe feeling, the price is the best I could find for Kentucky Derby week, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only issues we had were regarding cleanliness (a very strong mold smell resulting from a kitchen sink leak in the cabinet below) and pest infestations in the kitchen.
