« We had a great stay at the deck house. The place was perfect and plenty of room for our group. Sitting on the decks during the morning and afternoon were our favorite. At night we joined in the living room for games.The best room to sleep in is the back bedroom. It is the furthest away from the kitchen and I didn’t hear anything.The property was well maintained. They even had good tissue paper which is a plus.I do recommend arriving before it gets too dark, at least for the first time.Jarod...

« Absolutely perfect. Our family stayed here for our Son's graduation from Basic Training at Fort Moore. It's a 40-50 min. commute to Columbus, Ga. where the base is. The property and house is beautifully situated on peaceful and quiet pastures adjacent to undeveloped forest with wonderful views. We were treated, and felt like family by the property owner. « This was a great getaway. The hosts were so welcoming. We received a gift basket of cookies, croissants and chicken salad upon our arrival. We thought that was so sweet and unexpected. There were board games, cards and other activities available to us. The groundsman was an absolute gem. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only thing i have to say is be prepared to have little to no phone reception because it is in a secluded area in Marion county. »
