« They set the room temperature at the thermostat too low - 64 degrees F. They shouldn't set the room temp. below 68. Breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent close to river and historic downtown area. »

« The hotel and room were clean, the key code worked perfectly, parking was a breeze, and there's a Dollar General right across the street (in case you've forgotten anything). But....the room stays pretty dark (dark walls and poor lighting). The floor is very uneven, making it feel like you're a little drunk when you walk on it. There's a microwave down the hall, but having one in the room would be a LOT more convenient. But, in our opinion, the biggest issue is the slippery bathroom (and shower)...

« The bed was very uncomfortable, it sounded like a herd of elephants next door till after midnight, the Internet will not handle the amount of guest so it was super slow , I ended up shutting it off to use my phone as a hot spot . The vending machine took our money but never returned anything. »

« Was checking in last at night and the staff made it quick and easy so we could get to our room. The room was nice and the bed wonderful. The breakfast was very good and loved the cinnamon rolls! »

« The front desk staff were not very friendly. I had some questions about my room and amenities that had apparently changed since my last visit. They were very shot with their replies. I visit the front desk twice to try to get clarification- both times I thought they were a little rude. »

« Welcoming and friendly staff. Everything else for the price.. pretty much what we expected. Stained hallway carpet, stale smoky smell everywhere. The room was clean minus the nasty bedspread and blanket with cig burns and yellow stains. Could use new comforter and pillows. Should get rid of the nasty decorative pillows that never get washed. Overall, fine if a quick stay. »

« The bed was very hard & very small. The room was also pretty small. The room was super cold & then in the middle of the night it got very hot. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom, also. It didn’t have a fridge in it, but there was one in the hallway that ppl could share. It was quiet there & there was a nice view of the river across the street with places to sit. »

« Perfect place. Plenty of room and close to everything.golf cart rental right next door. Someone took the time to bring back a piece of history in the building and the rooms were beyond expectations . We will definitely stay there again.. »

« Very close to downtown restaurants and shopping. The trails out back were nice and relaxing to walk on. The property was quiet and relaxing. Perfect size for my wife and I and our 12 pound dog. The dog loved the trails and kept us busy on his walks. »

« The cabin was perfect: remote location, clean, warm and cozy. The trails in the woods were a great escape and quite extensive and a fantastic sniff haven for a dog to explore. »

« The place was beautiful and well kept. Reasonably remote, you'll hear some lawnmowers but you won't see a neighbor unless you're actively trying to. Saw a lot of wildlife, rabbits, deer, butterflies. Electric, AC and gas were reliable and worked great. Wood stove looked so cozy, almost wish we didn't come during a heat wave so we could have enjoyed it. Wifi is spotty, so don't forget your LotR box set like I did, but to me thats more of a bonus amenity then a requirement for a remote...

« Wonderful! Cozy, clean, great location to Clifty Falls and Madison, Indiana! Property was nice, and loved the fire pit, at each cabin( I thought there was only one for all cabins, but that was not the case!) we had three adults and stayed comfortably in this cabin! »

« The cabin was really great; clean, comfortable, private, check-in and check-out were hassle-free, communication was done via text and she was easygoing. We didn't realize the loft had a lower ceiling so our teens had to duck when walking but they could sit comfortably on the beds. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! »
