"Our TV was broken and never fixed. Water in the shower was super cold. The room we got booked was a handicapped room so we had trouble with showers due to a lower shower head. We did not get a couch either. A fire alarm woke us up every night due to a faulty alarm. No housekeeping was done during our stay. The establishment was run down. The only upside was being right near the beach. Other than that, it was very poor stay. I had high expectations. I will also never book through Expedia again, due to the room we got. "

"The hotel lobby and our room was very clean. The a/c worked great and was quiet. We had a great stay there and would definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel was nice & fine however the check in is what gives it the lower rating, it was spring break for us & looked like an event was happening as well do to the families. There was only one person to check in which made the time to check in horrible. I loved the breakfast area with the view. I feel as though they should have had more staff or at least been able to call for help "
