Recherche d’hôtels − Comté de Monroe

« We chose the property for the beach and pool access as we were there for a week. Unfortunately the beach access was washed away and was not available; the pool was also smaller than it appeared on the website and very small and packed. We knew the property was a 3-star, but the smell of marijuana was so overpowering around our room and the bed linens and room were pretty old. We chose to move to another hotel for the week. »

« I would not go back to this hotel. There was no shower gel. There was no shampoo. The shower floor was tile and very slippery. Our stay was two days and yet I never received the shower gel. I was given a canister of shampoo, but could not attach it to the wall in the shower. There was no soap dish in the shower, so I had to rest the shampoo and the soap on the floor. I went downstairs to the lobby for coffee and the urn was empty. Very disappointed. »

« En général très bien mais il n’y a aucun couvre matelas ce qui très irresponsable de la part d’Hilton, j’ai vérifié avec mes collègues au cas où c’était un oubli pour ma chambre mais non, même chose pour les autres chambres, j’ai demandé à la réception et la personne m’a dit que s’était certainement un oubli (sur plusieurs chambres!!!) que le service passerait corriger le tout, ce qui n’est jamais arrivé, décevant!! »

« The hotel, room, and staff were all good. The best part of this hotel was how calm and quiet our room was. We weren't the only people at the hotel, but perhaps we were the only ones on the third floor. I'm not sure, but either way I appreciated the peace and quiet. Now onto the bad part. This hotel must have previously been a smokers hotel, because the entire building reeks of tobacco smoke. You get used to it after a day or so, but if you can't acclimate to the smell then you seriously need to...

« I called before booking the room to make sure the pool and hot tub were open and functioning properly and they assured me that they were. The hot tub was broken, the pool was very cold in spite of the extreme hot weather, and there both looked absolutely filthy. My shower had two conditioners and no shampoo. Everything at breakfast was labeled incorrectly. The 2 versions of pancake batter were backwards, the blueberry syrup was in the regular syrup dispenser and the glass jars listed at...
