« I booked online and the post says breakfast was included but when I checked in the front desk agent said that breakfast is not available, the bathroom had dead bugs on the floor, shower curtain was stained, no facial tissue was in the bathroom, general housekeeping was sub par overall appearance of the room was very bad, walls and doors needed cleaning and painting, I’ve stayed here in the past and it’s definitely gone down hill »

« This is a good basic hotel, clean rooms, ice maker worked great. Excellent value! »

« It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. »

« 1. No smoke alarm in room 2. No coffee maker in room 3. No blow dryer in room 4. No iron or ironing board in room 5. Toilet flusher broken, it either ran loudly all night or you had to put your hand into the back tank to close the flush valve manualy (the inside back tank was black with mold) 6. Both chairs in the room had broken legs and were unusable 7. The mini fridge had broken shelves/couldn't stack anything 8. The microwave turntable was broken/would not spin so whatever you tried to cook...

« No wifi in room: decent signal only at reception, very dirty, name in front of hotel different than Lakeview (on Hotel.com) thus we passed by and drove extra 10 miles, No bread, just bagel and one tablespoon of cream cheese left, etc. : should no longer be offered by Hotel.com, worst hotel in our 5 weeks roadtrip! »

« The cabin was just as described. Very clean upon arrival and check in was smooth. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They knew it was my birthday trip and even left me a sweet birthday balloon on the counter. I really appreciated that extra hospitality! I enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake and neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. I had a nice relaxing stay and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. I would definitely stay here again! »

« The house is on a lovely piece of property with lots of birds to enjoy as you have coffee on the deck. The house was clean and easy to be in. Communication with the owner was easy before the stay and not needed during the stay. »

« This was hands down one of our favorite vacation spots, the host family was gracious and polite and answered all our questions promptly. The condo was so spacious and had everything that you could think of. We made memories above all, and the condo and the private beach was clutch. 10/10 excellent! »

« We really enjoyed our time at this vacation property. It was great for a range of ages that we came with for our family trip. The property managers were very responsive, which we pleased with. The main negative was that the oven and some of the lights/fans did not work. I believe they have fixed this since and they were able to make it right with a partial refund after the fact. Overall, would recommend this property and would come back »
