« I booked my husband one night at this hotel as he had a work training nearby. This morning I saw an $879 charge to our credit card. When I called to get an explanation the clerk said there was a note on the desk that he asked for 12 more nights! I was shocked. I said that wasn’t true and that needed to be remedied immediately. I sent a message and the manager said the night clerk had a physical conversation with the person in room 114 who said they wanted those additional nights. The manager...

« Very little water pressure & i mean very little!!! No wash rags in the room at all. There was a hole in the fitted sheet my toe got caught in.. ouch!! But for the most part the room was clean, smelled clean and to be as crowded as it was it was quiet. Staff was super friendly »
