Passing through we appreciated the free to use washing facilities and the many games and activities the hotel offers. You even get free entrance to the IKEA hotel opposite, so follow the many signs to the museum, as many Sat navs will take you somewhere else. Älmhult has excellent shopping on the outskirts of town as well. Highly recommended as a practical stop over and of course a must if furniture and design is your thing"

"We contacted the hotel for late check-in (after 7 pm) and were informed that they would reach out with instructions. Unfortunately, we were not contacted, and we were locked outside when we arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, someone working in the restaurant let us in and called someone to figure out how we could access our keys. The breakfast was good in the morning and thank goodness for the restaurant staff."
