Bugs in my first room, no light bulbs in any lamps in the second one, bed sheets with stains and holes, no cable.

« Our one night stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is new and in great shape. Clean room and bath! The staff were friendly and easy to work with. Check-in and check-out was simple and quick. Parking was no problem but I didn’t see any reason for the self-parking fee. The pet fee information on Expedia was outdated. For our one pet it was $75.00.
I highly recommend the Hampton Inn North when staying in Wichita Falls,TX. »

« Clean room, amply supplied, nice and quiet, safe. Host responded quickly when we got lost due to GPS confusion. If I may make a constructive suggestion, please add knobs or pulls to the cabinet draws and cabinets. I have arthritic hands and had to use a plastic knife to open them. May not apply to everyone but it sure would help old people like me. Thank you for your excellent hosting. »
