« The water park was closed for construction which we were unaware of. We chose to not stay there since that was why we made our reservations there. It was very difficult to get our money refunded. »

« They over booked the property and when we arrived to check in they informed us so we had to go share a room with family due to the lack of communication and overlooking. They had plenty of time to notify us but waited until we arrived late in the evening Won't ever stay in a Hampton property again. »

« The property sits 500 feet from a major busy highway and intersection. The rooms were dark dingy and I wouldn't put my suitcases on the floor. The bathroom was gross!! There was a hole with peeling pain and plaster by the to and the drain plug was laying on the soap dar and was black on the bottom We immediately went back to check out and they charged us for a full night when we had beeb there less than 30 minutes. Awful customer service and advise to go elsewhere...awful experience »
