Beautiful resort. The waterpark was fantastic. Our room was spotless. The beds and pillows were comfortable and gave us a good sleep each night. The room was a little small considering it’s holding a king bed and queen size bunkbeds but it was doable. Our fridge and hairdryer did not work but everything else was enough for us to want to return.

The beds are extremely comfortable. They have alot to do for the kids and the price is responsible compared to other Waterpark resorts . The food was always fresh and always experienced great customer service. All the staff was extremely welcoming. We originally booked only 1 night stay but after the first night we decided to extend our stay to one extra night. Our family will for sure be back

Great hotel for families, not much more cost than other local hotels with rooms that could actually fit our family of 5 and even more than that. The waterpark was fun and the life guards were vigilant and great. Only complaint was the add on of resort fees when we got there but still liked it. Bonus was that the Mexican restaurant in the adjacent parking lot was fantastic. Would recommend

Everything was great except when we got back to our room late and got the kids ready for bed we noticed water dripping from the ceiling in our bathroom. The maintenance guy came and looked at it and determined that they needed to cut the ceiling open. We chose to stay in the room because the kids were already for bed so they gave up passes to the trampoline park and arcade for the next day for free. This issue was really out of their control and the staff did everything they could to make sure we had what we needed. My only other negative is I wish the pool and action city opened up earlier than 9am. Our kids are early risers and it was difficult finding things in the room to occupy them in the morning.

We totally were not expecting what we got. We chanced upon it when looking for accommodations. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. We have been travelling many miles so this place was a real bonus. We got to stretch our legs and unwind at the activity centre. The room was also very clean and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this resort. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
