« Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together. The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. »

« The room and bathroom were both clean and well supplied. The lamp in the room didn’t work and the staff immediately came to help and ended up bringing a different one to replace it. Very helpful. »

« Good enough room, though not perfect but has a comfortable bed. Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. « We stayed three nights in a king room on the third floor near the elevators. Overall, our stay was pleasant, with several highlights as well as a few areas needing improvement. The king room itself was somewhat small and lacked a refrigerator, with only one chair available for seating. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent. « When we entered the resident, there was half full trash can. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. All the appliances were streaked from attempted cleaning. The backyard was a mess. Kids couldn't play back there. All toys look like they were never cleaned. »
