  • Welcome to our cozy, newly-renovated abode in Andover KS! Quiet and safe neighborhood, just minutes from turnpike, gas/grocery & 18 mins to downtown Wichita. Fenced backyard & fully stocked kitchen!

    Everything is brand new; mattresses, bed frames, nightstands, couches, TV’s, bathroom vanity, kitchen appliances etc!

    You will have the property to yourself but I will be in town and available if you need anything!

    It’s going to be the corner house on the end of Lafayette St!
