Das Objekt war im großen und ganzen sauber, allerdings unter den Betten sowie dem Sofa war es nicht sauber und es befanden sich noch persönliche Dinge vom vorherigen Mieter vorhanden. Was eine Kontrolle des Objektes in Frage stellt. Türklinken waren teils lose, sodass man diese beim schließen der Tür in der Hand hatte.
