"Muitíssimo próximo do Shopping Macapá e do Museu Sacaca (excelente!). Só os quartos do segundo andar têm iluminação natural, os demais quartos são "alcovas". Esses quartos do segundo andar também têm excelentes camas e ar-condicionado, além de TV e frigobar. As resistências dos chuveiros dos dois quartos usados estavam queimadas,mas não fez tanta falta, uma vez que a cidade é extremamente quente. "Eu resolvi pegar um hotel com valor acima da média da cidade para ter uma hospedagem confortável mas tive uma experiência péssima. O recepcionista da madrugada me recebeu super mal sempre com um deboche na fala. O quarto que eu fiquei o chuveiro não funcionava e tive que tomar banho gelado e apesar de ser confirmada a troca do quarto, quando tive todo o trabalho de me arrumar, disseram que não tinha quarto disponível. Controle da tv não funcionava e o mesmo estando por 4 noites, não foi efetuada...

"Pontos positivos: Ótima localização, bom café da manhã e funcionários bem atenciosos Pontos negativos: falta um blackout na janela e o chuveiro deveria ser mais forte. Sugestões : 1- inclusão daquelas plaquinhas “favor arrumar o quarto/não perturbe”; 2- o cartão de acesso ao quarto é desmagnetizado todo dia. Isso deveria ser revisto. É uma perda de tempo para o hóspede e para o funcionário "
