"Basic hotel with part-time reception and very basic rooms. Helpful staff but only speak Spanish. Didn’t see any sign of restaurant being open. Assume it’s really intense for ski season."

"Hotel Continental Balneario The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. This is a pristine place to...

"Appalling service, no bar, no food in the hotel, 4 and half hours to get a taxi to the nearest town. Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour"

"Muy bien todo, excepto el ruido… lo demás genial"

"We travel a LOT. We stayed here for four nights. It was by far the most excellent place we have ever stayed. Everything about it was perfect. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The food was excellent. The overall place, and our room, was kept immaculately clean. It was quiet, peaceful, and the grounds and surroundings were beautiful."

"Everything was fine except there was no hair conditioner. Otherwise, breakfast was good, bed comfortable and good housekeeping . Overall a good value."

"Mountain View"

"No ski in or out No drinks in room not a 4star "

"Beautiful place, Mayo was amazing at the restaurant. We would just come back because of her! The views are amazing, staff very friendly, but you can tell that this place has seen better times."

"Sin grandes lujos pero correcto. Limpieza, utensilios, agua caliente, calefacción... sin ninguna queja. Quizá los colchones ya necesitan ser reemplazado y seguir modernizando apartamentos poco a poco tal y como ya lo están haciendo. En definitiva: Yo repetiría sin ninguna duda."

"It was perfect for our ski trip, really close and very cozy"

"Ubicación perfecta, super limpio. Personal no hay, todo funciona por internet pero las chicas de la limpieza que son las únicas que vi, super bien . Me ayudaron mucho en lo que no entendía. Un diez por ellas."

"This is an automated reception. No staff. Un-personal hotel. Minimal features. Small room. Nothing memorable. The automated receptionist is a project on its own; think of SIRI ten years ago, be patient. You will need it. Skip if possible."

"Very very friendly staff, good beer at the pool"

"Clean room, staff is wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here."

"Our hosts at this delightful small hotel in this lovely mountain town were amazingly helpful, friendly, and courteous. They anticipated our needs and consistently followed through on offers to assist. We are grateful for their guidance in pointing us toward good local restaurants and stunningly beautiful hikes. Hotel owner Angel even helped us track down an unusual item from a local gift shop. The hotel is uniquely charming and comfortable. And its breakfast spread is impressive. We loved...

"Adorei o hotel apesar de bater estacionamento tivemos que colocar o carro em um parking público que está próximo e não se paga , o resto tudo muito bom equipe nota 10 "

"Personal muy agradable "

"Accommodation was great but had problems with both the microwave and hob. The guy on reception was really great in trying to help. Really good location. Parking was difficult. But overall I recommend the place."

"Lo único que pondría de negativo son los somiers. El resto bien."
