"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year. Many thanks for a memorable holiday everyone Hassan "

Anwar deserves particular mention for his magical guided tour of the hotel, which gave us wonderful insights and countless photo opportunities. His warmth and attention made our stay extra special. "Our experience at Retaj Baywalk Residence was truly exceptional, an easy 10/10 from check-in to check-out. The entire team consistently demonstrated warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. The staff were always ready to assist, from holding doors to helping us with our buggy and children while coordinating multiple Ubers. Their constant greetings and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. I would like to extend special appreciation to Mr. Ma’mun at the door, whose kindness and playful interaction with our kids made our stay even more memorable. Additionally, the receptionists Hamid and Shaukat provided outstanding service and ensured we felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay.
