« Although I had booked a room for one night, I couldn't stay there: a bad storm hit the island few days before we arrive and the generator broke down. Nonetheless, the driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel I was rebooked at. It was very good and no surprise with the price. Excellent customer service despite the situation they had to go through. Will definitely give it a try again. »

« I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists »

« Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean.
