Before we even checked in the person at the front desk gave me my room key and asked me go up and check the room out and see if I wanted to stay there. I've never had that happen before, but I'm thankful that she had me do it. There were tufts of pet hair in the room, some of the floor tiles were cracked and most troubling of all there were black spots on in the toilet bowl that I believe was mold.
Needless to say we chose not to stay there.
I am very thankful that she had us check the place out first... I imagine she has had people chose not to stay and demand their money back before.

The staff was courteous and really helpful. Bed was so comfortable. We did enjoy our 2 night stay.
