"Destin Sandcastle" is the beach house you’ve been waiting for! This huge three-story house features 6 lovely and unique beachy themed bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two living rooms and it overlooks the best resort style pool in all of Destin! This home is only 3 blocks from the beach and provides you with free complimentary shuttle during peak season. Did we mention all three levels have a perfect view of the 30,000 square foot lagoon style pool with a hot tub and tiki bar. The Sandcastle is also minutes from great food and nightlife and of course walking distance to the best white sandy beaches around!

This home has been completely renovated with all new luxury mattresses, new beds, new couches, luxury pillows/bedding and has been professionally decorated with brand new art and decorations. Come spoil yourself with fresh cool bamboo sheets, new down and cooling pillows and fresh new towels. Did we mention all three levels have a perfect view of the 30,000 square foot lagoon style pool with a hot tub and tiki bar.

Enjoy family movie night on the brand new massive and ultimate luxury cloud couches on the second floor.

Sandcastle Getaway

We totally loved it! It met all of our needs and expectations. On rainy days, we made the most of the community space on the second floor to watch movies. It was great. We had 8-10 people and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I highly recommend it! We would definitely come back!

Will definitely stay here again

Mel and Jason were great hosts, and responded very quickly to questions. It was a great surprise to have a waffle maker, crock pot, and air fryer in the kitchen - all of which helped make meal prep easy for our group.

Beautiful Space

This is a beautiful vacation spot with lots of room and perfect for a large group. We enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the pool, and the beach. Great hosts! Our dates lined up with an oncoming storm that thankfully did not affect us, but the hosts were very responsive and kindly patient with all our concerns leading up to our stay there. We would definitely stay there again.

Sandcastle didn't disappoint!

We loved the property and it was as advertised. Mel and Jason were very responsive when we needed something or had a question. We loved the beach but really loved coming back to the pool which was directly in front of the house. Everything was great and we will look to rent again from Mel and Jason!

Beautiful home

Overall, a wonderful stay at the Destin Sandcastle. The accommodations were adequate for our group. Rooms were a little small but to get that many rooms in the house it was expected. They do mean it when they say only 3 cars per driveway. We had 4 (2 were very small and fit in on spot) but apparently still against rule. The security guard made us move a car at almost midnight and go to a paid lot for $30. There really needs to be more parking available (houses sleep 15-20 need more parking availability). That was the only hiccup in our stay. Oh and running out of toilet paper. Be sure and stock up before your stay! The beds were very comfy and everyone slept like babies. The owners were very prompt with all communication. I would def stay here again with less people.

Fam trip 2023 @ Destin Sandcastle!

We give Destin Sandcastle five stars! If you’re looking for a beach home that’s comfy, beautiful, super clean & close to everything-this is it! This home was outstanding and the hosts were even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property. This beach home had all of the wonderful amenities our family of 14 needed to complete our annual family gathering/trip. It was beautifully decorated, we all had plenty of linens/towels, beach equipment that they graciously allowed us to use, a list of their favorite restaurants and things to do, space, we were able to grill one night, fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals as a family, and cards/board games for us to enjoy. The location was perfect…the lovely lagoon pool within steps of our door(the kids AND adults loved this), and the beach super near- just a couple of blocks right down the street. We caught the shuttle (complimentary)most days, however a couple of us took a pleasant stroll to the beach a few times because it was so near. The shuttle driver was absolutely awesome by the way! The property owners were awesome with communication as well-We’ve never had better! Thanks Mel and Jason!

Spring Break 2023

Our stay was great other than the terrible weather. The Pool was a lifesaver for our teenagers who couldn't swim in the ocean since it was a double red flag. Great location to bike path for walking and running everyday. Down the street from Publix and Walmart- 12 people eat a lot of food. House had all the items we needed to cook every night. Communication with Mel was super easy via text and they were responsive! Would Highly recommend this place!

Great find

The home was beautiful! We had four of us couples, and we had plenty of space. We especially appreciated the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked. So many homes claim to, but then they have minimal items. We were able to cook the whole week we were there. The beds were comfortable as well. The location was ideal. A ten minute walk to the beach, and only a few steps away from the pool. The owners were very good at responding to our questions and emailing information. Our only suggestion would be to have a notebook or binder with information. How to use the remotes, area information like local favorites for breakfast, lunch, & dinner, and what needs to be done for checking out... We highly recommend this home and would definitely rent here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 12 with 8 adults and 4 kids. There was an issue with the community pool while we were there and the owners were very responsive and communicated directly with the HOA for a resolution. The wagon provided and beach chairs came in handy. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation

We had all our kids and grandkids stay in this lovely home. The host were wonderful. They communicated immediately with us on any questions we had. The informed us the coffee maker was not working and has one delivered that night for us. The master bedroom is wonderful. Upstairs bedrooms the same. We cooked and grilled several times. The pool is wonderful and it is a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed both the pool and beach everyday. If We get the opportunity again, I would stay there again. Great home, great host, great location. Thank you.

Above and beyond our expectations!

We used this rental for our family of 6 (ages 4-46). It was exceptional - clean, spacious and well decorated! The location is possibly the best in the community. Our little ones walked 20 steps from our door to the pool, and our teens took the easy walk to the beach. Mel and Jason were easy to reach for any questions we had. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time and the location was super close to the beach so we just walked! The pool just steps away was wonderful for the kids and even stayed open for night swims. The pack n play, baby gate and high chair were very nice. Mel and Jason were wonderful hosts!

The house was perfect for our family of 11 people. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The 2 family rooms and the balconies got a lot of use during our 1 week stay. We really liked the convenience of the pool gate right across the small street from our house. We would rent there again.

The property was amazing! Right across from the pool and a short walk to the beach. There is a seasonal shuttle that we did not use, and also parking near the beach access either free or $5 for 5hrs. The accommodations were perfect for our group. Plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy. Everything is as pictured, decor is beautiful. The coffee pot is Mr. Coffee in case you need to get filters for your stay. Our hosts Jason and Mel were great to rent from. We had questions and they got right back with us!!! It is very accessible to Whole Foods and also Publix for delivery. A short drive to all you need. Enjoy your stay!
