We enjoyed all the amenities that sandpiper cove offers… and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Awesome perk was the Xplorie service which allows for free golf!

This was my second time to stay in this unit. Once on a girls trip and this time on a family trip. Close to the beach and nice property. Very affordable and great location.

Great place!
Overall, this was a great place for our family. Very clean and conveniently located. My only negative comment is on the back deck. Some of the rails are very loose/rusted out and our kids (3 & 5) pushed through them with no effort.

Great place but managed poorly!
I hate to give this place such a bad rating, but it's because it's mainly due to being poorly managed by Emerald Coast Vacations. This place is in a perfect location and the condo was updated nicely. But, basically our family walked into a dirty condo, with dirty linen, dirty bathroom, etc....the unit was never cleaned from prior guest. I reached out to the property management and was told there was a mistake and to wait for a call back regarding what time the cleaning crew would arrive. So long story short, after waiting 15 minutes for a call back, that I never received. I had to call the property management back myself. Then was spoken to rudely and unprofessionally and to make matters worst the gentleman hung up on me, because we wanted a exact time our condo would be cleaned. Fyi the cleaning crew finally showed up around 5:30. Which was a hour and half after check-in time.
So yes if you choose sandpiper cove. I would not recommend booking through Emerald Coast Vacations on VRBO. We understand things happen, but the situation was not handled well and the level of professionalism was poor .
We would probably stay here again only if booked from the true owner.
