If a neighbor complains, guests will be required to vacate the property without a refund. \- A maximum of 6 vehicles may be at the property \- We allow a maximum of 12 guests overnight, 12 during the day. \- No loud barking dogs, or visible trash on the curb Additional Policies: \- Pool heat must be purchased if you would like to use it ($85-145/day depending on the season). SoCal Gas recently nearly doubled the price of natural gas in the Coachella Valley area. The price I charge guests for pool heat is intended to cover the cost of heating the pool with the recent increases in natural gas prices. Thank you for understanding. It can take up to 3 days to heat the pool in the winter, please keep this in mind if you are purchasing the day of check-in. If you'd only like the spa heated generally we can accommodate that for about $35-65/day depending on the season. Again, this is intended only to cover the actual cost of heating the spa. \- Generally we require a 3 night minimum for pool heat as the bulk of the cost is to get the water up to a warm temperature.
