Book your stay today and experience true serenity! By booking, you read and agree to all of the following house rules: House Rules: 1\. Please park on the street. 3\. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a $500 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. 4\. A lost, missing, or damaged key, or fob has a replacement cost of $150. 5\. If you want to check in early, please let us know ahead of time. There is a $28 fee. We will notify you when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of arrival. There is also a $28 fee for late check out 6\. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including stained sheets and towels. 7\. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 8\. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you\`re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you retrieve delivered mail or items. 9\. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 10\. By booking, you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen on the property, whether inside or outside. 11\. There is one noise monitor in the living space. It’s a small room with many accommodations. It says it sleeps 3 but I disagree and say it sleeps 2\. Check in was easy. Communication with host was great. The only things I would negatively comment about are: bathroom had some hairs in the shower and no shampoo (not an issue for me because I brought my own). The dryer was confusing, as to how to dry the clothes I washed. There was no dishwashing soap. There was tablets for the dishwasher but I wanted to clean the bowls after eating.
