This place has thought of everything from zip lock bags to shampoo, conditioner and Kleenex, Plenty of chairs for the deck, cute bar area, nice view for whale watching - yes, we saw plenty of them. Two arcade games, plenty of beds, bathrooms, etc. Nice open kitchen, dining and front room. View of ocean from front room and master bedroom. Nice and clean, plenty of kitchen items and such. Extra blankets in mini walk in closets. Nice place to stay. 5-10 minute walk to Depot Bay and 15 minutes to far end of the strip. Great places to eat close by and we saw seals from museum view area under the bridge on the rocks. We fit 3 cars in the drive way (one was a suburban), creatively, and there was one more spot available on the main lower road if we were to need it. Take SHARP left up the hill go past first driveway and back to second drive way in front of garages. exit out of lower step drive way as cars are facing out and down if you do it how I mentioned. Great weekend getaway for my Mother's 91st birthday.

This place was really wonderful. Very well stocked kitchen with appliances, basic spices and plenty of cookware and dishes. The kitchen is fairly small for prepping food for a crowd, but we managed with 2 adults and 3 teenagers cooking all meals at the house!The kids loved the downstairs with the TV and game room. Small complaint but we wished there was a door at the bottom of the stairs to keep the noise from the kids traveling up the staircase. It was really loud when they were watching TV downstairs and the adults were trying to have a conversation upstairs, it just funneled right up into the upstairs living room. We will definitely stay here again, though it was so cozy and beautiful!!

Nice Stay

The listing should warn you that an SUV or fairly high vehicle is required to deal with the approach and entry to the driveway off of Lange Street, it’s very steep and a full size passenger car drug bottom entering both Lange Street from Highway 101, and the driveway to the house.The stairs for entry are very steep and narrow, no one with reduced mobility could manage them and since most of the living area, kitchen and dining area is upstairs it requires the use of the stairs.The living area was very nice, clean and well supplied with most anything you could need.We had a very nice stay.
