The Good Life Mountain Home - Red Rocks w/ spa
The Good Life Mountain Home, 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, is a cozy bohemian mountain home with all the best vibes! Our intention is to provide you with a comfortable, peaceful place to stay in a beautiful setting. We welcome respectful friends, couples, families, and travelers to enjoy the fresh mountain air, private hot tub, and wellness room. Located in the hills of Morrison at 8,300 ft, minutes from Evergreen, beautiful hikes, restaurants, and much more!
This home is located on 2 acres of beautiful mountain land. You're very likely to see some wildlife while staying here with everything from Deer (including baby fawns in the summer), wild Turkeys, Moose, Elk, lizards, foxes, and maybe even a bobcat!

✤THE DRIVE WAY ✤
It has a relatively steep, paved driveway that requires 4x4 vehicles in the winter from October to May. Even though we are a short drive from the front range highways, the road heading up to the house is steep and winding. Please be prepared in the winter months.
✤PET POLICY ✤
We absolutely love animals but unfortunately can not have them in the house or on the property.
✤NEIGHBORHOOD ✤
This home is located in a beautiful, peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of the towns quiet hours from 10pm to 7am and the surrounding neighbors.
Guest access:
Guests have the entire home to themselves including a private backyard space with a hot tub.
Other things to note:
Our home is located at 8,300ft in elevation and is usually about 10 degrees cooler than the Denver area. The snowy season can start as early as September but usually doesn't go into full swing until November & December. That being said, Colorado has 300 days of blue skies and sun shine, so any time of the year is beautiful up here in the mountains!
If you are traveling during the months of November- May, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle.
We maintain our driveway very well in the winter, but just like all the other mountain homes in the area, the snow is out of our control and it's best to be prepared as possible.
If snow is in the forecast or is happening during your stay, we will make sure the drive way is cleared and decks are shoveled. Because the drive way is paved, snow will have to be removed as needed!
House Rules:
-No smoking of any kind on the premises in accordance with all Jefferson County short term rental rules.
-No pets allowed
-Quite hours are between 10pm - 7am
-No parties or events allowed
-No more than 6 guests maximum
-Only registered guest are allowed at the home.
-Absolutely no fires permitted on the property. This includes fireworks, sparklers, etc.
-Please bag all trash and empty them into the provided bear proof bins.
-Absolutely no unattended food at any time. We live in a highly populated area of bears, elk, deer, moose, and other animals.
-No illegal activities
-All wheel drive or 4x4 drive is highly suggested from the months of October to May.
-No more than 5 cars allowed on the property and no street parking
-Children must be under adult supervision at all time
-Our neighbors are friendly people, so please be respectful of outside noise and activities. We have a noise decibel meter to monitor noise levels during quiet hours in accordance with our county requirements
-The gas grill has a mechanical timer/ auto gas shutoff the must be turned on to use the grill
-In the event of a snow storm, the driveway and decks will be cleared prior to your arrival. If snow continues to fall during your stay and you would like more snow removal, please reach out and we are happy to accommodate! We're happy to host extended stays! Please note that reservations of 30 days or longer require a lease agreement in accordance with Colorado law.
