This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500\. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy. Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
