I contacted Linda who stated she would give full refund. Too late to get anything (since we were flying in) else so we stayed. As you can see the place was not the cleanest. Dishes were mis-matched and only hid one dinner plate the rest were sandwich plates. She did purchase a new frying pan because there was no way to use the on that was provided and she did come to give us a dish hand towel. The mold in the bathroom needs to be cleaned. The vent on the ceiling by the bathroom needs to be cleaned and the oven and stove really need a good scrubbing. This place should never have been given a 9.2 rating. We were very disappointed. Also we are nearing 80 yrs young and did not appreciate walking up 3 flights (36 stairs) with two heavy suitcases (which are consider carry ons by the airplanes - I can't imagine having a bigger suit case).
