Quiet neighborhood, not as exclusive as listing suggested. Multiple bedrooms a definite plus. Cleanliness of house could improve though, was generally at least mildly dusty, bathroom fixtures yielded a pink substance when wiped down with Lysol. Pots and pans could use updating. Glassware and extra lines were clearly unwashed for some time. Supplies were adequate. Overall, we enjoyed the house, just wished it were significantly cleaner. ##### Januario E. It is a really old house, but it says that in the description, so all good. We had some issues like the faucet spraying water everywhere & the microwave kept blowing a fuse so I kept having to reset. The garage also smelled like a sewer & is very dirty inside. It's also extremely hot in the master bedroom no matter how cool you set the thermostat. The back yard is cool overlooking the city.
