We couldn’t reach it with any chairs since there are 10-12 ft ceilings. Effortless Stay wouldn’t do anything until the next morning nor would they give us a refund for the night or the next night to get a hotel so we could sleep. We couldn’t sleep in the place and they didn’t give a damn. Vrbo said that since they were sending someone the next day, we don’t qualify for a refund unless it doesn’t get fixed. Vrbo also didn’t care that we couldn’t sleep with a smoke detector beeping all night. I will never book with Effortless Stay as it was anything but effortless. The freeway is also way to loud to sit on the balcony and you can hear it from the bed. The building backs right up to the freeway. ##### Janel Kay H.
