It is also close to shopping and restaurants. Like many, the noise of city life and its location can be a bit distracting , so if this is a concern use your fan app, etc. The apartment sneaks up on you, if you are using Uber or some outside transportation inform them. While the place is on a fairly busy road, we didn't have any issues with noise. We were in town for two concerts, one at Mission Ballroom and the other at Red Rocks. We were happy to be right in the middle and fairly close to everything we had planned. The studio was clean and comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have slept in. Communication with the host was excellent. We were even able to schedule early check-in just a few days out, although traffic did not allow us to take advantage of it. We had one plumbing issue, which was resolved quickly when we alerted the host. They had a plumber there within a couple hours on a Sunday, even coming to let them in so our plans were not disrupted. I didn’t realize it was on such a busy street so there is a lot of street noise at all hours. However, after the first night I did find the ear plugs in the room which is a great add.
