Other Things to Note: There is an electric car charger for use next to our Guest Parking spot. We charge $10 a day to use the charger. The unit is the basement/garden level unit of a single family home. The owners do live above. Pets are not allowed. There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation. CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. The owners were very responsive any time we had a question. They were kind and helpful. Check in was extremely easy. The location was 12-15 mins from Golden, Co and 35 mins from Aurora, Co. There was a grocery store within a 5-7 min drive from the rental. The neighborhood seemed quiet. Carpets and bedding seemed a little dated and worn but overall the house felt clean and welcoming. We were welcomed with water, snacks, and a bottle of wine. Very nice! The living area was comfortable with plenty of seating. It was easy to cook as the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer came in handy. The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the highway. It was a nice area to walk around.
