The Space: Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully updated space featuring: \-A cozy open-concept living area with tasteful decor \-A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need \-Comfortable bedrooms with soft linens \-A clean, modern bathroom \-Fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and dedicated workspace for remote workers Outside your door, enjoy easy access to Denver’s best: \-Steps to Regis University \-10 mins to Tennyson Street boutiques and cafes \-12 mins to LoDo & Downtown \-20 mins to Red Rocks \-Fast I-70 access for weekend ski trips or mountain getaways Whether you're here for business, college visits, or city adventures, you'll love the convenience, privacy, and charm of this cozy garden-level apartment. Other Things to Note: There is an electric car charger for use next to our Guest Parking spot. We charge $10 a day to use the charger. Please let us know if you are traveling in an electric vehicle and plan to use the EV charger and we will send a request for payment. The unit is the basement/garden level unit of a single family home. The owners do live above. Pets are not allowed. There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation. CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible. TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). There was a grocery store within a 5-7 min drive from the rental. The neighborhood seemed quiet. Carpets and bedding seemed a little dated and worn but overall the house felt clean and welcoming. The washer/dryer came in handy. The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the highway. It was a nice area to walk around.
